  1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Deposit: To secure your cake order, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required. This deposit ensures that we reserve the date for your event.

1.2. Mid-Payment: Eight weeks prior to the event date, an additional payment of 25% of the total cost is due. This payment confirms your order and allows us to begin preparations.

1.3. Final Payment: Two weeks before the event, the remaining 50% of the total cost must be paid. Failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of the order.

  1. Late Payments

2.1. Late Fee: If any payment is overdue, a £20 late fee will be added to the outstanding balance.

2.2. Cake Delivery: We will not deliver the cake until the full payment has been received and the outstanding balance is cleared.

3.1. Cancellation by the Client:

If you need to cancel your cake order, please notify us as soon as possible.

The deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel between 8 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the event, the mid-payment (25% of the total cost) is also non-refundable.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event, the full payment is non-refundable.

3.2. Cancellation by Us:

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, or equipment failure).

If we cancel your order, we will refund any payments made in full.
